My passion for health and well-being began with competitive sport. As a high performance athlete and coach for over 20 years, I learnt first-hand the rewards of training the body and mind.

After an injury, I turned to yoga for rehabilitation and was surprised to discover that yoga not only offered everything I needed to physically heal and strengthen my body, but it also offered the opportunity to cultivate a deeper, more authentic experience of self.

I found this experience, the healing power of yoga, to be so transforming, I decided to dedicate myself to the practice so that I could share this liberated sense of being and help with others achieve their personal health and wellness goals.
